Storm monitoring for commercial and multifamily property
Our proprietary predictive storm engine, built with AI and backed by meteorologists, watches every property you enroll, from the first sign of a storm to what hit each building after it.
When a warning covers a building, our team is alerted within a minute and your account owner reaches out. When hail or wind meets a property's threshold, our on-call team picks it up within 15 minutes, day or night, and a person contacts you within 24 hours.
No upfront cost.

What monitoring includes
Live warnings before a storm
When a tornado, hurricane, extreme wind or destructive thunderstorm is headed for one of your buildings, our team is alerted within a minute and your account owner reaches out.
Confirmed hail and wind after it
After the storm, the engine confirms what hit each building and keeps checking for 60 days, so a late report still counts.
Thresholds for each property
A hail size and a wind speed per property. New properties start at 0.75 inch hail and 50 mph wind; we adjust them to the roof after the inspection.
A call or email from your team
When a warning covers a building, or hail or wind meets its threshold, your account owner gets the details (hail size or wind speed, how close, the date) and contacts you.
A record of every match
Each match is saved to the property with the evidence behind it.
Your before record alongside
Matches sit next to the property's pre-loss documentation, so the storm date can be read against the condition before.
How it works
01
Pin
We place every building on the map and confirm the pins with you.
02
Set thresholds
We set hail and wind thresholds for each property, starting from the defaults and adjusting after the inspection.
03
Watch
The engine flags every building in a storm's path as it forms, and confirms hail and wind after every storm day.
04
Reach out
A warning or a match goes to your account owner, who contacts you with the specifics.
Questions
Where does the storm data come from?
From our proprietary predictive storm engine, which uses AI to combine live weather intelligence and radar and track every storm against every building. Meteorologists and our team review what it flags before anyone contacts you.
How close does a storm have to be?
Close enough to threaten the building, measured against that property's own hail and wind thresholds.
Do you tell us when a storm is heading for a property?
Yes. When a tornado, hurricane, extreme wind or destructive thunderstorm is headed for one of your buildings, our team is alerted within a minute and your account owner reaches out.
Why confirm hail and wind after the storm too?
A warning says a storm may hit. The engine then confirms what actually fell at each building, and each match is saved with its evidence, next to your pre-loss record.
How fast will we hear from you after a storm?
Our on-call team picks up an urgent storm match within 15 minutes, day or night, and a person contacts you within 24 hours.
Why not build our own hail monitoring?
Turning live weather data into reliable alerts for each building is a project. Our estimate: 4 to 6 months of full-time engineering to collect, clean and match the data to each building and send alerts, then ongoing upkeep. Inspections, people on call and policy review come on top. With us they're included, with no upfront cost.
We have no staff at some properties. How would we hear about a storm?
Your account owner contacts you when a warning covers that property or a storm meets its threshold, whether or not anyone is on site. Each match is saved to the property with the evidence behind it.
Why does each property have its own threshold?
Roofs differ in type, age and condition, and the inspection tells us where to set each one. A sound standing-seam metal roof, for example, can carry a 1.5 inch hail threshold.
Does a match mean my property was damaged?
No. It means a storm at or above your threshold reached or came near the property. It is not a damage assessment.
Can I watch a single address for free?
Yes. Free storm alerts on our hail history page email you when hail 1 inch or larger, or wind gusts of 58 mph or more, is recorded near an address.
