How it works
01
Intake
Five questions: your plans for the properties, what you want clarified, how you balance premium against unexpected cost, deductibles or limits you accepted on purpose, and recent losses or deadlines.
02
Documents
One request: declarations, the full policy wording with forms and endorsements, and the statement of values, plus inspection photos, roof records and loss runs where they help.
03
Review
AI reads every page and pulls each term with its page reference. A licensed broker weighs the findings, and a second AI model checks the draft against the documents.
04
Report
The broker approves the wording, and we go over the report with you on a call.
The review explains your policies. It doesn't decide whether a loss is covered, recommend a carrier or a policy change, or file anything. Those decisions stay with you and your broker.
Questions
Is the policy review free?
Yes. The review is free for any owner, with the same broker-approved report and findings call.
Who reviews my policy?
Our team, AI-assisted, with a licensed insurance broker weighing the findings and approving every report.
How do we find gaps in our wind and hail coverage?
Start with the wind and hail deductible. A percentage deductible is worked out against each building's stated value, so 2% on a $10 million building is $200,000. Then read the limits against your statement of values, and the endorsements and exclusions that touch roofs. The review does this for each property and cites the policy page for every term.
Our renewal went up sharply. Can a review help?
It shows what the premium buys: limits, deductibles and endorsements against each property, with questions for your broker before you renew. It doesn't quote or recommend coverage.
Do you keep our policies organized across the portfolio?
Yes. Every policy term, endorsement, statement of values and loss run is filed by property in the Cloudbreak app, with policy snapshots, renewal and expiry tracking, and a chat that answers from your own policies with the text cited.
Do we have to change brokers?
No. You keep your broker. The report gives you questions to take to them.
What documents do you need?
Declarations, the full policy wording with its forms and endorsements, and your statement of values. Inspection photos, roof and renovation records, loss runs and appraisals help where they exist.
Do you recommend coverage or carriers?
No. The report shows where your terms and your properties need a closer look and turns that into questions for your broker.
Can you review a policy with only the declarations page?
Yes, as a limited review of the declarations. The report says what it couldn't check without the full wording.
What happens at renewal?
The new term gets a new review. The earlier policy and report stay on file under the prior term.
